Local Restaurants
Tacofino- serving up world renowned fish tacos, Tacofino is located just a 5 minute walk down the road and is well worth the visit. Some local favourites include fish tacos, tuna tacos, pork gringas and chicken karage burritos.
Shelter- Tofino’s version of a local cactus club. The food is fresh and consistently good, the patio and ocean view is hard to beat.
Wolf in the Fog- It's worth checking out the what all the hype is about. Wolf in the Fog is located in the town of Tofino in a beautiful upstairs location. The chefs serve up locally caught seafood and the bar tenders mix up innovative cocktails. Reservations are recommended!
Jeju- a quaint little Korean fusion restaurant with big flavour. Tucked accross the street from the wolf in the fog, there is a small patio and an intimate dining atmosphere inside.
Wild Side Grill- the best little burger bus in town. Wild side is a great spot for fish and chips, burgers of all types, and their fish tacos are pretty darn good too (the 50 people in line at the tacofino haven't figured this secret out yet). With two locations, one in the Beaches grocery store complex, just down the road from Sea Rogue Guest House, and a new location at Pacific Sands Beach Resort, which is a great spot to have a casual lunch or dinner on the beach!
Tofino Brewing Company- locally brewed beer in a funky warehouse style location. Some true local flavours include the Kelp Stout and the Spruce Tree Ale. The brewery also has a few ciders and a kombucha on tap for those who don't love draft beer (or are gluten intolerant). Don't leave without getting yourself some Tofino Brewing Co. schwag, they go above and beyond your basic printed t-shirt!
